-深圳市超力通电子有限公司生产的“超力通”(L-MOT-V33.7V600mAh)锂离子电池；

-夏新电子股份有限公司生产的“AMOi夏新”(№.4＋3.7V1150mAh)锂离子电池；

-松讯达中科电子(深圳)有限公司生产的“TSD”(TS923B3.7V1200mAh)锂离子电池。这3种电池不合格项目均为“热冲击”，即150℃热冲击试验过程中发生爆炸，该项目不合格对于消费者来说是一个重大的安全隐患

市质量技术监督局昨日公布的监督抽查结果表明，本市生产、销售的非原装蜂窝电话用电池(俗称兼容电池)产品总体质量状况较差，安全性能亟待提高。抽查15种蜂窝电话用电池，5种不合格，抽样合格率仅为66.7%。其中，为摩托罗拉V3设计的“威泰”等2种锂离子电池待机时间短，而“夏新”等3种锂电池热冲击项目不合格，存在爆炸隐患。

2003年12月23日，贵阳一市民揣在裤子口袋中的手机（摩托罗拉V998++）突然爆炸，并将裤子引燃。

2007年6月1日，钱江小商品市场一摊主手机爆炸伤了大腿。

据悉，目前我国手机和电池的需求量已超过3亿，市场上的电池分原装电池和兼容电池两种。原装电池大都是原厂自行制造，质量相对较好，但价格偏高。目前市面上兼容电池所占比例越来越高，兼容电池价格一般较相同规格的原装电池低，但质量却良莠不齐。本次兼容电池抽查的结果就不容乐观。5种不合格产品的不合格项目主要为0.2C5A放电性能(俗称“待机电流”)、1C5A放电性能(俗称“通话电流”)和热冲击试验。其中，2种产品的“待机电流”项目不合格，直接影响到手机的待机时间。
