市质监局高温检测40块手机电池发现，15块电池变形开裂

　　晨报讯价格过于便宜的手机电池很可能存在巨大的安全隐患。昨日，市质监局稽查总队兵分三路，发现部分走私、假冒或翻新拼装的“黑手机”和一些质量不过关的手机电池。

负责抽查手机电池的市质监局稽查五队检查人员告诉记者，批发价在20元以下的低价手机电池大多有质量问题。

　　昨天上午9点多，市质监局稽查总队五科检查人员赶往铁路上海站附近天目西路上的“通信产品交易中心”，抽取手机电池样品检测其安全性。检查人员抽查了近40块兼容手机电池，经过半小时高温检测后发现，其中15块电池大多扭曲变形，甚至化开裂开，其中有6块电池被检查人员确认存在安全隐患。

　　“价格过于便宜的手机电池大多存在质量问题。”相关负责人告诉记者，每年质监局都会对手机电池多次抽查，抽查结果显示，批发价在20元以下，零售价约在30元以下的低价手机电池普遍存在质量问题。这些电池生产厂家为了低价竞争，不惜降低产品质量。经过昨天的抽查之后，质监局将对这些存在安全隐患的手机电池生产厂家责令整改，并予以处罚。
